Casa Campanula is always rented as a whole: one price per night, whether you come as six or ten. Here you see the season prices, what a week or a weekend really costs, and which nights are still free in the next twelve months.
The nightly rate depends on the season and is adjusted continuously – the booking calculator always shows today's price. Final cleaning is a fixed amount per stay. If you book directly with us, you pay 8% less on the nights than on Airbnb or Booking.com – for the same house, without platform fees. And from seven nights the weekly discount is added.
Guide prices as of October 2026. "Total direct" includes all discounts and the final cleaning – it is the amount you pay us. Per-person figures are for ten guests.

List price = price per night before discounts, the same starting point the platforms use (they then add their fees). Minimum stay 2 nights; over Christmas/New Year and during February half-term we prefer weekly bookings. Children count as people; babies in the travel cot don't.
