A reunion across three generations, two families with kids, a circle of friends who see each other too rarely, the club, the card night, the birthday weekend: Casa Campanula was built in 1969 precisely so that ten people get along well under one roof.
Our grandfather built Casa Campanula so the whole family could gather in the mountains. More than fifty years later we look after it as the third generation – and rent it to groups looking for exactly that: a house instead of five hotel rooms, one table instead of three, an evening on the terrace instead of a lobby.
The house has one price for the whole group. It costs the same whether you are six or ten – so per head it gets cheaper with every person.
The house has five bedrooms with seven beds in total for up to ten people, spread over several floors – that creates privacy without anyone being cut off. Plus four bathrooms, so nobody queues in the morning.
No pets, so the house stays comfortable for every guest. Smoking outside only.
One price for the whole house, including final cleaning, linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking. Booked directly with us it is 8% cheaper than on Airbnb or Booking.com; from seven nights there is an additional 10% weekly discount.

Always: Therme Vals (about 50 minutes), Chur with the oldest old town in Switzerland (40 minutes), cards at the big table, a film on the large TV. Shopping in Laax (Volg, bakery) or in Flims (Coop) six minutes away by car.
