Laax is one of the biggest bike areas in the Alps – with flow trails that carry beginners along and enduro lines for those who want to know. How to plan a week for a group of up to ten.
Current trail conditions and openings are on laax.com and in the INSIDE LAAX app. In spring the Flims trails open from May at weekends (snow permitting); the main season runs from late June to mid-October.
The FlemXpress gondola in Flims replaces the old Flims–Foppa–Naraus chairlift and is the feeder for Runca, Foppa and Gronda. In Laax the cable car takes you to Crap Sogn Gion (Never End, Nagens). A bike day pass for Zone 1 Flims/Laax was last listed at CHF 60 for adults; multi-day passes and single rides are available too, online or in the app. The Flims Laax Falera guest card gives a discount on the cable cars – ask when you buy.
Rental and service: Flims and Laax have several bike shops with rental bikes (including e-MTBs) and workshops. If you bring your own bike: spare tube, brake pads and a multitool belong in the luggage – the trails are hard on equipment.

Casa Campanula sits above Laax with a view over the valley – quiet, but with the village, grocery store and bakery a 15-minute walk away. For bike groups logistics matter, and they work:
A week in June or September costs CHF 4'367 booked direct for the whole house – with ten people CHF 62 per person and night, final cleaning included. July and August are a little higher; the prices page has every season.
