Man, the place is incredible. First of all, best views of the mountains ever. You take one step from the kitchen and open the glass sliding door and just wow!!! Incredible. Second , the house is incredible, extremely clean and newly remodeled.
The place was excellent for an extended chill weekend with friends. The view is spectacular, rooms tidy, large kitchen for group dinners, and an A+ coffee machine. It was easy to get to the ski lifts and we even were able to ski back to the house.
Our stay by Marcus’s place was wonderful. The house was beautiful cozy clean newly renovated well decorated and Spacious. Looked even better than the pictures. The view from the house was amazing! Great location near bus stop that gets you to ski lift and anywhere in town in just a few minutes.

The house is set up to sleep up to 10 people. The five bedrooms sleep 2 people each, and the large dining table sits 10 comfortably. An exception can be made for babies under the age of 2 that sleep in a port-a-cot.
The address is Via Acla 6, 7031 Laax, Switzerland. It’s literally the last house of Laax – meaning there are no neighbors to the right. 100% unobstructed views only.
That depends on the dates. We use a sophisticated dynamic pricing system that adjusts prices based on dates and demand. Check availability to see the exact price for your travel dates.
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of CHF 550.- per stay, regardless of the number of guests or the nights booked. This is to ensure a spotless clean house – and fair wages for our cleaning crew. They get 100% of that fee.
There is space for up to four cars at Casa Campanula.
- 1x directly in front of the house (please limit to one – the neighbors can’t access their garage otherwise)
- 1x inside the private garage (located about 70m back to where you came from – in the corner of the access road, it says VIA ACLA 6 on the gate)
- 2x in front of the garage, if parked tightly enough
Yes! There is a wall box with a standard Type 2 plug on the wall right next to the entrance of the house. The car parked on this spot will be able to charge. Access is free; simply plug your car in.
There are 5 bedrooms, which contain the following beds:
- Bedroom 1: King-size
- Bedroom 2: King-size
- Bedroom 3: Bunk (single at the top, queen at the bottom)
- Bedroom 4: Bunk (2 singles)
- Bedroom 5: King-size
Please note that all beds have one large blanket (duvet). The king-sized beds are one bed/mattress, rather than 2 singles, and cannot be separated. If you are not comfortable sharing a blanket (duvet) with the person sharing the bed, make sure to bring a spare.
We don’t usually rent out Casa Campanula long-term. Having said that, if the calendar allows for it, we’re happy to discuss the option. Please send us a message using the contact form at the bottom.
Laax is known to be one of the premier towns in Switzerland for a variety of activities. It’s part of a touristic area that includes the two neighboring towns – Flims and Falera – and they do a great job listing everything that’s fun to do and see on their website: https://www.flimslaax.com/en
We’re on all major rental platforms – you can see we’re Superhost on Airbnb. But the host fees there are rather steep. Booking through this page here is cheaper for both you as a guest (10% discount) and us as a host :)
